This function allows you to strategically choose the timing of post-purchase emails to your customers. By using this tool, you can ensure that your review requests reach your customers at the most opportune moments, increasing the likelihood of their participation.
You can choose to send an email after one of these events occurred:
Once order is fulfilled
Once order delivery tag is triggered
Once product is delivered
This option triggers an email to be sent after a specified number of days following after the order is marked as fulfilled.
This option triggers an email to be sent after an order is updated with a tag that has a value specified in the input field. Similar to the last option, you can choose the amount of time you want the email to be sent after the order tag is received.
The "Enter order delivery tag" function allows you to input or assign a unique delivery tag to an order. This is the tag that is sent by some carriers to notify that the order has been delivered.
This value is case sensitive. Make sure to input the value exactly as you receive it in the order tag
The "Once product is delivered" function allows you to schedule a review request via email once a product is delivered to a customer.
In this section you can customize the look and content of the review email to match your brand's identity.
The mailing settings come with pre configured default values for your convenience. If you choose not to modify these settings, the following default values will be applied:
Subject line: Review your purchase
Body text: Are you enjoying your purchase so far? We would love to hear your opinion.
Review button text: Write a review
Size purchased text: Size purchased
The subject line is a critical element of your emails, setting the tone and capturing your customers' attention. Customize the subject line to align with your brand and effectively communicate the purpose of the email.

Integrating your logo into email communications is a powerful way to reinforce your brand identity and enhance recognition. To add a logo you can drag the image from a folder on your PC or click on upload a file in this section:
Logo Format: Only PNG format is supported, and it must have a width between 300px to 500px.
The logo will appear at the top of the email like in the screenshot below. You can also preview how the logo and email will look like prior to activating this feature to ensure the email looks the way you want and make any necessary changes prior to activating.
The body text appears above the image of the product to be reviewed. The default value is:

You can customize this message to better fit your brand, by inserting the desired text in the section below.
By default the text of the button that opens the review form is Write a review. You can customize the text if you want in the section below.
Best Practices
Ensure that the text clearly conveys the action that customers are taking when clicking the review button.
Keep the button text concise.
Enter an email address under the "Send Test" section to receive an example email of what the review request will look like.
Once you're finished configuring your email settings, make sure to click "Save Changes"!
