Add Products to Size Chart

You have the option to manually add products to a size chart or utilize our automatic feature, which configures products meeting specific criteria to be added to a size chart automatically upon upload

View manual and automatic options:

Add Products Manually:

• Step 1: At the top right, click on "+ Add new products".

• Step 2: You can search for products by typing the name or selecting "More filters" to filter by collections, type, vendor, tags, and active products

• Step 3: To filter by active products currently displayed on your store, select "Status"

• Step 4: Then select "Active" from the dropdown menu

• Step 5: To add additional search filters and narrow down your search, click on the dropdown menu and enter the corresponding information

• Step 6: Select products by checking the box to the left of each product. Then, ensure you select "Add products"

• Step 7: Make sure to click "Save changes" after adding products and sizing information

Tip: Easily duplicate size charts to avoid inputting the same sizing information manually each time you create a new chart. For different types of clothing (e.g., dresses, tops, bottoms) simply deselect the measurement boxes that don't apply

You're all set! To enable automatic addition of new products to a size chart, simply follow the "Add Products Automatically" steps below.

Add Products Automatically:

• Step 1: Under "Choose how this size chart will be added to new products," select "Automatically"

• Step 2: Begin by selecting the product vendor. Click on the box and choose from the dropdown options

• Step 3: You have the option to add additional conditions such as categories, product type, product tag, and product collections. While these are optional, we recommended being more specific to ensure the correct products are added.

• Step 4: If you want to add products to this chart retroactively based on the set conditions, select "Synchronize."

If you prefer not to add products retroactively, you can skip pressing the synchronize button

• Step 5: Select the products you'd like to retroactively add to the chart

Note: Products that are already assigned to another size chart will not appear here. You must first remove them from their current size chart if you want to add them to a different one.

• Step 6: Press "Save" to synchronize products

• Step 7: Synchronized products will be displayed on the right side. Once you've completed the rest of the sizing information for the chart, be sure to click "Save changes"
